Portal Improvements
To enhance your experience with the Customer Support Portal, we have recently introduced several improvements, including:
• Access to investigation history extended from 30 days to 12 months
• A new reminder for important contact details when submitting requests
• A fixed Back to Support Center button available on all pages for easier navigation
• Additional field guidance and various usability improvements
